The Congregation of the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (FIHM), was founded in Pondicherry, India, on 16th October 1844 by the Servant of God Louis Savinien Dupuis, MEP. The sisters are engaged in different ministries such as Evangelization, Formation, Education, Health Care and Social work.
